Kendal Sheppard
Kendal Sheppard is an "angel faced" girl known for being a total sweetheart. Kendal is a strong and independent young woman with a zest for life. This beautiful blonde earned her spot in the celebrity world when she participated in MTV's ‘Road Rules Campus Crawl,’ then went on to compete in ‘The Inferno’ and ‘The Face Off.’ Now this Los Angeles resident is working towards a future as an actress and has big plans for the entertainment industry.

So, what have you been up to since the show has ended?
A LOT! It's amazing how things change so quickly. I was a theater major before I went on Road Rules and continued to study acting in LA for about 4 years after. I did a few short films, music videos, and a couple full lengths that went on to festivals. I was in a Horror film that made it to blockbuster. Can't say it was an Oscar worthy performance, but it sure was fun!
Since then, I have returned to school and am trying to get into the nursing program. It's nothing like what I'm used to, but I absolutely love it. I am challenged and constantly learning- which feels amazing. :)
Do you usually see, or keep in touch with some of the other cast mates? If so, who?
Ya know.. it's tough. We are all so spread out across the country. If it weren't for myspace i probably wouldn't have any clue as to what people are up to! In the past 6 months I've probably talked to Miz, Katie, Shane, Rachel, Eric and Blair... that's probably it. We may not talk frequently, but when we do, it's just like old times. :)
What are your top 3 favorite memories from your season of the show?
1. hanging upside down in straight jackets with 30 seconds to get out of it before bunjeeing!
2. rock climbing a spinning wall over the ocean waters in Acapulco.
3. floating around in a pool and getting paid for it :)
Your top 3 most embarrassing moments?
I can't say i really have an embarrassing moment.. i know that Darrell used to pull pranks and get us all pretty good, but i can't recall them!
What are your proudest accomplishments to this date? In life, it doesn't have to be Real World/Road Rules related.
My one year old, Asa, is my proudest accomplishment. He's such a sweet, happy little boy! And when he giggles... my heart melts. :)
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully I'll be an RN by then!
What destination(s) did you travel to with us? And how was your experience?
I went on Spring Break in 2005 (I think!) and had a blast! There was always something going on- no matter where I was. SO much fun! Aaahh... to be young again.. :P
