Born Monroe Walker, DJ Motiv8 is widely-considered to be a hip hop legend. He has been a pioneer in the hip hop music industry creating highly innovative music, and he always takes things to the next level. DJ Motiv8 began in the early 90s working the West Coast club circuit, when he came across an aspiring MC. The two teamed up and Motiv8 taught him the ins and outs of music production, studio recording and performance. With a few more additions to the group they became the Black Eyed Peas. Motiv8 has helped many aspiring musicians gain success in the music industry. He has also worked with some of the best-of-the-best, including Madonna, Kylie Minogue, and Billy Idol. He’s toured the Philippines, Japan and Australia, as well as the States, and has made a number of appearances at our celebrity Spring Break events in Mexico.
