Hotels You know, where the pre-game happens
Right on the beach.
The majority of hotels we offer in Mazatlan are just steps from the ocean on beautiful Gaviatos Beach. And since Mazatlan is the home of the original Mexican Spring Break, all of our hotels are student-friendly and range from luxurious to basic accommodations to fit your budget.
Oceano Palace, StudentCity's headquarters hotel.
The Oceano Palace is a favorite for Spring Breakers who want to party all day and all night. This student-friendly hotel offers all-inclusive packages for more fun than you can possibly handle. Spend the day relaxing at Gaviotas Beach, or hang out by the pool with hundreds of new friends who want to party with you. And with one nightclub on the property and another right next door, be prepared for wild nights, Mazatlan-style!
Nightlife You're not going to stay in your room all night, are you?
Music is everywhere.
In Mazatlan, you'll hear all sorts of music emanating from the clubs and bars in the Zona Dorada (The Golden Zone), so you can pick your hot spot based on the music. Here, you can dance it up to top-40 or house music, sing-along at a piano bar, or relax at a sports bar with a jukebox nearby. A majority of the bars in Mazatlan charge no cover, but the clubs charge a cover that can range anywhere from $4.00 - $20.00, so make sure to plan accordingly, or get the StudentCity Party Pass so you can get OPEN BAR, skip the cover and jump the line all 7 nights you're there.
Look for the white castle.
Fiesta Land in the Zona Dorada is not one, but three huge nightclubs housed in a white castle that looks straight out of a fairy-tale. There you'll find all the Spring Break party action of Bora Bora, Sambawa, and Valentino's in one mega-complex! At Fiesta Land you can sing karaoke, catch up on March Madness, and dance with your friends, all without leaving the building.
Party Packages Because nobody wants Spring Break to suck
Long lines & cover charges?
On Spring Break, the cost of entry into the coolest clubs can range from $25 - $60 a night and even more if there's a celebrity appearance. Not to mention that the wait in line for the popular clubs can take up to two hours if you don't get there early.
Not with a StudentCity Party Package.
With our party package, you can get express entry into the clubs and avoid the cover charge altogether! In Mazatlan, you'll gain express entry into clubs like Bora Bora, Cherry, and more!
It's worth every dollar.
We're not saying you have to get a party package. We're just saying you'll be sorry if you don't. Unless you want to stay home or watch your pennies every night, this party package is the best value for the money.
Meal Plans It's ok. Your beach body can handle it.
Eat When You Want.
With the StudentCity Meal Plan, you'll save big on your food costs. Here's how it works: We'll give you passes for 2 meals per day. You can then choose to use your passes at selected restaurants from 9a-12pm, 6pm-9pm, or late night (available in most destinations) from 12am-3am. Just arrive at the scheduled restaurants with your meal tickets and you can order right off the Student Menu.
Eat Where You Want.
Meals are served both a la carte and buffet style at some of Mazatlan's most famous restaurants, including: Purple Onion, Sheikh, Senor Frog's and Ernie Tomato's.
Please note: Meal Plans include select Student Menus at participating restaurants. Inclusions and prices are subject to change.
Excursions The perfect hangover cure
Go ahead, try something new!
There are many things to do in Mazatlan if you want to get away from the regular pool and beach scene to try something new! In Mazatlan the most popular excursions include: Ocean Kayaking, Banana Boat and Catamaran Rides, Deep Sea Fishing and Jet Skiing.
Leave it to the professionals.
StudentCity uses Viajes Sabalo as our ground handler and they are located in specific hotels during specific times either given to you during your orientation or posted at the StudentCity bulletin board at your hotel. By using their services they can help you make reservations with ease and will provide discounts and specials.
Day Parties Unless you want to read a book all day.
We'll bring the party
Our Day Parties are, in one word, ridiculous. We'll bring the party with a DJ, hot music, and an MC to host your favorite off-the-chain Spring Break contests, from bikini contests and tug-of-wars to beach olympics and beer pong. Plus, you can win prizes like backpacks, tee-shirts, Spring Break trip vouchers for next year, and more!
And the celebrities
Each year we hook up with A-listers, music artists, reality TV stars and celebrity DJs to participate in our Day Parties. But since we're always searching for the hottest stars, we tend to book them just before Spring Break. Stay tuned to see which of your favorite celebrities you'll be partying with in Mazatlan this year!
