Spring Break 2013 in South Padre

South Padre Island, or “Padre,” is one of the best Spring Break destinations the United States has to offer. Off the Gulf Coast of Texas, it's like a little slice of the Caribbean right here at home.

South Padre Hotels Learn more

Condo or hotel? You choose.

In South Padre, you can choose to get all of the comforts of home when you rent a well-appointed condo for your Spring Break crew, or else you can choose the convenience that comes with a hotel. Either way, you'll have ready access to a pool and you'll be right near all the beach action.

Saida Royale, StudentCity's headquarters hotel.

South Padre Nightlife Learn more

Get hot then cool down.

In South Padre, you'll work up a sweat dancing to the beat at many of their wild clubs, cool down with a cold one, and then head back to the dance floor. But since you're still Stateside, remember that it's 18+ to party and 21+ to drink.

This isn't your backyard.

It's Louie's. And he sure knows how to throw a party for South Padre Island Spring Break. Each year, Louie's Backyard is the site for the greatest shows in South Padre, which have included DJ Skribble, Sean Paul, Coolio, Run DMC, Vanilla Ice, and 2 Live Crew. It's also the home of crazy Spring Break contests, as well as past Miss Hawaiian Tropic Bikini Contests. And if that isn't insane enough, Louie's offers bungee jumping, go carts and much more.

South Padre Party Packages Learn more

Long lines & cover charges?

On Spring Break, the cost of entry into the coolest clubs can range from $25 - $60 a night and even more if there's a celebrity appearance. Not to mention that the wait in line for the most popular South Padre clubs can take up to two hours if you don't get there early.

Not with a StudentCity Party Package.

With a StudentCity South Padre party package, you get express entry into the clubs and avoid the cover charge altogether.

It's worth every dollar.

We're not saying you have to get a party package. We're just saying you'll be sorry if you don't. Unless you want to stay home or watch your pennies every night, this party package is the best value for the money.

South Padre Day Parties Learn more

We'll bring the party

Our South Padre Day Parties are, in one word, ridiculous. We'll bring the party with a DJ, hot music, and an MC to host your favorite off-the-chain Spring Break contests, from bikini contests and tug-of-wars to beach olympics and beer pong. Plus, you can win prizes like backpacks, tee-shirts, Spring Break trip vouchers for next year, and more!

And the celebrities

Each year we hook up with A-listers, music artists, reality TV stars and celebrity DJs to participate in our Day Parties. But since we're always searching for the hottest stars, we tend to book them just before Spring Break. Stay tuned to see which of your favorite celebrities you'll be partying with in South Padre this year!
