Free trip is based on average of 16 most expensive trips (excluding optionals and taxes) sold

Commission is not paid on trips that goes towards free trip
Free trips earned are not considered a trip sold
A trip is considered sold and commissionable if paid in full and active.
Padre with Air is considered an "International"
