  • We train hundreds of Campus Managers and provide tips for making as many sales and as much money as possible
  • Training sessions are educational, fun, and free to Campus Managers
• If you can't attend our in-person training sessions, we will arrange for a one-on-one call to take you through our exclusive on-line training

Corporate Office Support: Regional Sales Manager

Each Campus Manager is assigned a Regional Sales Manager who will:

• Hire, educate, train, manage, and motivate you
• Help you sell trips and earn all the benefits you're entitled to as a Campus Manager including free travel, ROCKSTAR VIP or MVP status, free City Passes, cash, and more

You will communicate with your Regional Sales Manager once a week to:

• Create and implement a sales plan
• Reach your sales goals
• Maximize your earning potential
• Close Sales
• Review weekly goals

Through our Sales Workstation Campus Managers are able to:

• Track your sales and those of your Campus Reps
• Make notes about Campus Reps
• Monitor point totals
• Request commission checks
• Use commission calculator to project sales and set goals
• Download Destination Powerpoint presentations
• Submit weekly reports
• Create a calendar of events you are participating in to earn points and rewards

Online Trip Booking

StudentCity.com offers a 'self-service' functionality that enables your customers to manage their own reservations on the StudentCity.com website. Through the site customers can:

• Make name changes to reservations
• Alter rooming lists
• Add optional packages
• Update contact, passport, & identification information
• Retrieve & print travel documents
• Make payments to reservations
• Receive invoices
• View flight times
• Obtain Customer ID information
