1. Apply for the Citi mtvU Platinum Select Visa Card for College Students by 12/31/09 to qualify for the $100 credit. If your application is approved and you use your new Citi credit card account to pay StudentCity.com for your trip, you will receive a $100 credit on your Citi credit card statement. Once you receive your card, you must return to the StudentCity.com site and use your new Citi card account to pay for your trip. This purchase must post to your Citi credit card account no later than 6 months of account opening, and we will post the statement credit to your account within a month after that date. Your Citi credit card account must be open and not in default under any Card Agreement for you to receive the $100 statement credit. Offer is limited to one $100 credit per card account.

If you qualify, based on our review of your application and credit history, you will receive a 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for 6 months from date of account opening for rates 1, 2 or 3. There is no promotional rate if you qualify for rate 4. After the promotional period ends, the standard purchase APR will be applied to remaining promotional balances. The standard variable APR for purchases on the Citi mtvU Platinum Select Visa Card is either 16.24% Rate 1, 17.24% Rate 2, 18.24% Rate 3, 20.24% Rate 4. The standard variable APR for cash advances is 21.99%. However, if you default under any Card Agreement because you pay us late, go over the credit line or make a payment to us that is not honored, we may automatically increase the rate on all balances (including promotional APR balances) to a variable default rate of 29.99%. Minimum finance charge is $.50. Foreign purchase transaction fee is 3.0% of US dollar amount of each purchase made outside the U.S. Balance transfer fee is 3.0% of each balance transfer amount, $5 minimum.
