Blair Herter is a Cajun boy from Louisiana with a passion to live life to the fullest. He believes that the best thing in the world is laughter and that you shouldn't go a day without it. Blair is even known as the king of one-liners. As a teen he was forced to support his entire family, thus he had to grow up quickly. Although always ready for a good laugh, Blair does have a sensitive side that the girls love. He believes beauty is more than just kind deep. He joined the rest of the reality world when he first appeared on MTV's 'Road Rules The Quest' and competed all over Spain and Morocco. After the show, he continued to work with MTV as host of various 'Real World/Road Rules Challenges.'

This challenge took place in Montego Bay, Jamaica, where the “Inner Circle” was based on the most points a team member received after each challenge, which gave them the power to vote anyone off. Blair was voted off in episode 14.
