If you're looking for a value-priced beachfront hotel that's close to the best Spring Break events, book a room at Dos Playas. Located in the heart of the ‘hotel zone,' along Cancun's famous 14-mile stretch of white sand beaches, this hotel offers a refreshing and fun pool to party at during the day and great proximity to the action at night. You'll only be a taxi ride away from StudentCity.com's awesome theme parties and the raging scene at Cancun's nightclubs. And because it's slightly off the beaten path, it's perfect for the Spring Breaker's budget.
Located right in the hotel zone of Cancun about 35 minutes from the airport, Dos Playas offers the best in Mexican hospitality, a gorgeous setting of tropical gardens and beautiful beaches and is in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and all the crazy nightlife.
Dos Playas has a variety of water sports nearby including windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, and wave-runners available right at the marina next to the hotel. The two tennis courts are to be used free of charge during the day and golf can be played on Cancun’s championship course just a couple minutes away.
There are 93 rooms with either: Ocean, Lagoon or Garden views that can be booked upon availability. Each room contains 2 double beds or 2 single beds, with all 93 including air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone and even purified water.

Hotel was a disappointment. Our room wasn't even as big as a typical dorm room. Beds were small and uncomfortable. The room wasn't very clean and our window would not close. The pool area was nice , it had great views and a good section of beach near it. There wasn't many college students there. We didn't do all-inclusive so we had to catch a bus anytime we wanted to eat. If you just want to be in Cancun, this place will work but i would recommend somewhere else.

Stayed here my sophmore year for my first spring break ever, this place is awesome for an in-expensive All-Inclusive hotel. The food was good and drinks were strong. Definitely has a more relaxed atmosphere but there are still alot of Spring Breakers staying here.

Stayed here my first ever trip to Cancun! Clean and cheap place for sure!! Great location for the clubs also. If you are looking for a more relaxed place that lets you have guests, is close to the clubs, and is a STEAL for the money, this is your place!
