On South Padre Island Spring Break, it's all about location, location, location. And the Padre South Hotel is the location to be at for Spring Break 2008. This beachfront property allows you and your friends to kick back in apartment-style rooms complete with fully equipped kitchens. Join other Spring Breakers poolside during the day for a party while you catch some sun, or make your way to the beach for sand and surf. And at night you'll be close to all the Spring Break action that Padre has to offer. But be sure to book soon, because the Padre South Hotel is the first to sell out every year.

The secluded pool is only foot steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, which leaves you with a breathtaking view while you relax. Or you can kick back in a courtyard that holds a Jacuzzi and overlooks the Gulf as well.

Some of the amenities include: Standard 4 person room, 2 bedroom suite up to 6 guests, full kitchens, and a pool table in the lobby. Not to mention that this hotel is within walking distance to Tequila Frogs & Louie’s Backyard and its Jacuzzi was voted “Best Hot Tub” on the Island. No wonder the rooms fill up so quick!

They say the kitchenette's hold 5 and the 2-bedroom's hold 7... just bear in mind that that's with an air mattress. The reason you stay at the Padre South isn't for the rooms, it's for what happens all around them. You're 5 minutes walking distance to the big 3 clubs. The restaurant where half your meal plan is based? Right next door. Daily pool parties with free beer? On your pool deck. Staff Headquarters if anything comes up? In the lobby. A lot of what you're paying for here is that convenience, and it's definitely worth it to know you'll never need cab fare... but don't expect the Ritz. As long as you know that going in, you'll have a blast here.
