The Saida Royale is known as ‘party central' among South Padre Island hotels. Located directly on the beach next to the Radisson, this property consists of five luxurious 12-story condo units with 4 tennis courts, 4 Jacuzzis and 3 pools with a poolside bar & cafe. The Saida Royale is within walking distance to many South Padre Island Spring Break favorites, including a number of restaurants and nightlife options and offers a choice of standard hotel rooms or efficiency 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condos, each with a full kitchen and balcony.
Located steps from Coke Beach with the spacious condos offered, the Saida Towers is perfect for Spring Breakers who want a non-stop party. The 3 pools and 4 Jacuzzi’s make for great daytime pre-game spots and the prices of the Saida Towers are definitely student-friendly, which is perfect for the Spring Break experience.

| A bit more expensive than some properties in Padre, but if you can afford it, I don't know why you'd stay anywhere else. Better party scene than the Radisson, and it's right next door so you'll have access to the beach during the day. The 1 and 2-bedroom condos are absolutely GREAT for hotel parties, with full kitchens and a counter bar. They actually look like somewhere you'd want to live rather than a room with a bed. 10-15 minutes walk to the clubs, liquor store right out front in the strip mall, no on-site food options to speak of, but there's some good eats in the strip malls nearby (5-10 minutes walk max) |
