As an onsite destination staff team member, you will be assisting with all activities and events that contribute to the successful execution of our program. You will be the face of StudentCity and will be responsible for ensuring our travelers have an unforgettable experience while building on our reputation of safety and industry-leading customer service.
You must be available to staff a minimum of 2 weeks between February 14 - April 1, 2025. You must also have a valid passport to staff in international destinations.
An outgoing personality is a must. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and contribute ideas for program improvement.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges that may arise during the program. Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and troubleshoot effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive team environment.
